		<description><![CDATA[Considering his background as a pediatrician, I do believe that this action was influenced by the tumor. I do not agree with his actions, but I believe that a tumor on the brain can cause a person to have irrational actions. However I do believe that he had complete control in the situation, but his brain wouldn&#039;t allow him to think otherwise. His medical condition is not an excuse for his actions.]]></description>

I used to run the prison public defender office section in Texas that defended the civil commitment of sexually violent predators, and this evidence would look like it would be a slam dunk for commitment.
